Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement, however it would be more cost effective when several items are purchased at once especially for international orders.

What are your shipping options?

Freshness is our priority and we do our best to roast to order. While we would like all of our customers to enjoy our coffee at its freshest, we also understand that the quality and the price have to be balanced to your preference – hence we offer both standard and express shipping services to most destinations. Please note that there will be no tracking information provided for the standard service shipments.

When do you ship out the coffee?

Generally most of our orders will be roasted and shipped out within 2-3 working days upon receiving the order.

How long does it take to get delivered?

The following chart provides guidance on estimated shipping times, however please do keep in mind that these are not guaranteed times.

Duty and tax?

Customs duties may be payable in some countries and any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the international customers. Customs may also inspect goods upon importation of our products into the country which may cause a delay on the delivery.
